"All great change in America begins at the dinner table."

Yay! It's that time again. First, I would like to apologize how how horrible my food pictures are. Pioneer Woman I am not. I take them with my phone, right before we eat. I am trying to get better at it, but I am not holding my breath. Second, Marty gets paid on the 15th and the last day of the month, so I am going to go ahead and add them here.
Wednesday: Tomorrow is grocery shopping day so tonight we ate leftovers. It seems silly to me to bring more food in to the house when we have a fridge full of prepared food, waiting to be eaten.
Thursday: Parmesan herb crusted chicken legs, cole slaw - So quick, so easy and so damn good.
Friday: Tequila Chicken Quesadillas I made this as fajitas and didn't make the soy tortilla thingies. I had a fajita salad and used corn tortillas for the boys. Served with salad and No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake.
Saturday: Shepherds Pie with a mashed cauliflower topping (instead of potatoes), salad
Sunday: Easy Cheesy Chili Chicken, roasted lime asparagus This is one of our favorites!
Monday: Stuffed chicken breasts, green beans and salad - Pounded the chicken breast flat, seasoned and stuffed with spinach, tomatoes and Dubliner cheese.
Tuesday: Crock Pot Rump Roast, green beans, salad
Week Two:
Started this week with $112 left in the grocery envelope, a fridge, freezer and pantry full of food, and another short shopping list. (Mostly fresh fruit and veg.)
Wednesday: Sort of an every man for himself night. Leftovers, quesadillas, and a big salad with leftover grilled chicken were a few of the things we had
Thursday: Hamburgers, home made french fries
Friday: Hamburgers, tater tots - We went to a movie and just made something quick when we got home
Saturday: Pizza, salad (Same cheese crust as before)
Sunday: Shrimp (marinated in olive oil, key lime juice, ginger, garlic and a dash of hot sauce), quinoa (boys) salad
Monday: Swedish Meatballs, steamed broccoli with Dubliner cheese and a salad. (These are from pg 106 from Real Food Real Easy and unfortunately I can't find the recipe online.)
Tuesday: Beef tips over mashed potatoes (boys), a grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli and Dubliner cheese for me and a salad for everyone.
Wednesday: Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp, salad
Thursday: Chicken quesadillas, salad
Friday: Grilled hamburgers, baked beans and potato chips (the boys)
